I’m looking to buy Ian Kings - Get Buffed book. GEN the Biotest Uk Distributors don’t seem to sell it. Anyone know where I might pick one up (within the UK)?
Quite a few of us hre in the UK have a copy you know! It is THE single best book you can get on training, PERIOD. Until Ian completes volume two that is. Just order it with credit card from Ian’s site, kingsports.net. That is the only way; no one sells the book inside th UK.
