Sorry for the short notice but after much nagging and negotiating I was able to convince Ian King to agree to a 1 day “Get Buffed” seminar in San Francisco, CA on Aug. 25, 2007. Ian promises to do what he does best and share his wealth of knowledge in the subjects of Getting Seriously Buffed from the basics to advance training.

Ian only wants a small group so he can give specific answers to members of the group. No more than 15 people will be allowed.
