How do I suppose to do EOD?. Will be weeks that I inject 3 times and other weeks 4 times. I want to know the guys that do EOD, how they do it. Also, do you guys use HCG or AI?.
I could be wrong but I don’t think your body recognizes weeks. It just knows that every other day you are injecting and keeping your level of what ever constant.

Nope. But fixing to start doing twice a week. You posted this in the pharma section but it sounds like you are referring to TRT… which has its own section.
I was doing 2x week, now i do M/W/F. Easier to remember. I was doing ai eod and couldn’t keep the days straight. Now i do everything M/W/F. If it bothers you, you can bump the Friday dose a little bit.
My hope is that i can drop the AI on 3x a week. I’ll see how my next blood work goes. I take .25 mg of Arimidex.
I like the more often injections. On once a week, i’d be tired by Sunday. And I actually look forward to the injections. I look at them as a charge-up!
How much test are you taking?. How much AI a week?
Does doing more injections per week raise test levels more or lower or stay the same as in twice. Just wondering if I should lower total dose if injecting more frequent
I do twice sub- q at 140mg per week
Was think of splitting it into 3x
Splitting the dose changes things. If you inject 200 mg at once, your levels go through the roof and slowly go down. If you spread it out, then you don’t get the large spike. I imagine you can lower the dose. Drs dose you so that you are in rhe target range right before your next shot. The split doses allow you to stay at the intended range better.
Has it been better for you since going from 2x to 3x? Are you SubQ as well?

Gotcha. Did levels change going to 3x. Only trying 3x because my shbg is at 14.
Is you SHBG high or low?. Are you still using an AI?

I have been taking hcg, i think that is keeping my E from tanking. E has been around 48 for months.
How do you feel with the protocol?. How much test do you take?. Do you feel better with HCG?.
I shoot e7d, longer intervals if dose is high enough (with 250mg I’ve done 250 e10d if I forget my shots or if travel doesn’t permit me to take my shots)
