In this podcast, Lee and I discussed “Chaos is the Plan: A 3 Sentence Training Manual”, (spend 180 minutes a week picking something up off the floor and putting it over your head, eat meat and eggs, when hungry, until not, never repeat the same workout or meal twice in a row), alongside some of the nuances that come along with that (level changes as a game changer, WHY it’s important to NOT flavor your food, should beginners train this way, etc), and ultimately didn’t have nearly enough time to talk about what is, ultimately, 3 sentences.
