Hey all, Recently after losing 17 pounds of weight, I’ve hit a plateau. I want to finish cutting my fat in the next few months and this plateau is getting in the way… So I’m wondering, is HOT-ROX an appropriate choice of supplementation?
Right now I’m taking protein and zinc caps and I am eating relatively clean, albeit I have cheat meals every now and then (2 pieces of pizza, or hotwings, or similar).
Anyone who has used it, can you fill me in on what it has done for you…?

Also, elusive, I would argue that many others on this website support cheat meals as a sort of metabolism boost. Or so I’ve read…[/quote]
Cheat meals can be a metabolism boost but for that you have to follow a strict diet which get your metabolism down and then and only then you should do some “refeed” or have cheat meals to start your body trough.
Cheat meals arent necessary for a "normal" and healthy nutrition at the beginning. Also it dont helps when you have a lot of them. It`s a kind of nutrition. A bad one unfortunately.
Certainly, nothing speaks against a tiny piece of cake or sweets when it doesn`t happen often.
How about a 22 yr old… I can easily get down low in body fat, I mean I see decent abs with out even contracying, but I do have some stuborn spots around my oblique muscles. I mean last time I had it done I got a reading of 9.5% with calipers. but my sides almost pop out.
Ya’ll are both old enough and fine to take them. Just make sure everything else is spot on or they won’t help. Thats the key. There is no safety reason or anything other reason you can’t take it.
I’m begging for someone to explain why one should be well into their 20s to use something like HRX. Thats complete and utter bullshit with no substantial reasoning.
16-no
18-sure
19+no reason in hell
The ages are provided they are serious and no how to train.
There is absolutely no reason why one should be ‘well into their 20s’ to take some caffeine, yohimbine HCL, and a raspberry extract.
You could always buy yohimbine and drink some coffee.
But I’m sure you should be well into your 20s for that.
HRX is a good thermo as far as the post-ephedra world goes OP.
Work on getting more sleep…that will keep u going better in the weight room and i bet help with the weight loss. try n get 8-9 hours especially before a good workout

Please explain your reasoning on this, I am curious to know why this is the case. Some people do not have the awesome roman genetics certain others have.
I, in no way, want to use HRX consistently, I just want to get past my plateau. Not to mention, I’m tired of having bubble sides and even after the 17 lbs I’m not feeling or seeing loss in that area
In the end everyone is personally responsible what to take and what not.
But I think that there are a lot of possibilities before taking HRX.
HRX can`t fix a bad nutrition, sleep and weightlifting routine.
So why should I use a supplement when I can reach my goals through a change of my nutrition? People tend to reach what they have in mind in a short time but some things take time if you like it or not.
Are you sure these “cheat” meals are helping your cause? I only ask because, yes carbing up/ re-feeding occassionally can help increase leptin levels, which in turn can increase fat burning.
However, must people have cheat meals for pyschological relief. Most of the time a cheat meal is just a way to let loose and rationalize poor dietary control (while cutting).
I personally don’t feel that a cheat meal is ever needed during cutting down and if your concerned about leptin and your metabolism you can cleanly carb up while keeping your cals in check. BUT, this IMHO. If you have seen progress doing this, disregard the above. Have you tried to go with out them though and assessed your progress?
Go for it why not. Though you won’t be able to maximize the utilization of HOT-ROX mainly because your still establishing your foundation. Just keep that in mind and don’t get down on yourself if you don’t see dramatic results.

I suspect if you are all about abz you overwork your core, esp. your obliques, which cause them to pop out even when you are at a low BF. Just my .02$
Yeah but muscle would be “popping out”, not fat. I think hes referring to love handdles or extra fat on his sides, you can tell the difference btw muscle and fat. I doubt hes overworking his core, have you seen the type of core traning athletes and fighters do? I don’t see there obliques popping out and looking fat.
