Ok thanks sorry for being stupid lol. I have upped my carbs and fats and I am back on the road of getting bigger and stronger and I will forget about trying H.I.T. for the most part as I am probably going to go back to powerlifting a bit. But Iam going to try around with some low volume work say 5 working sets for bigger muscles and 2 for smaller ones. and stay in the 4-8 rep range.
