Really sunk the double, so it was hard.
Sumo DL - up to 490x3, then wanted to do sets of eight. Went with 460, but I couldn’t get my head out of my ass and pull like I meant it. I even put on straps and tried touch and go, but for whatever reason, I just couldn’t bring myself to fire with effort for any productive sumo DL work. Probably could have just dropped it down, but whatever.

Warmed up with a lot of shoulder traction, but it’s almost as if it worsened my condition. Tried doing normal grip, but had to switch to close grip, which seems to be just as strong at this point. Go figure.
