Changed my squat up. Brought my stance in and gripped the bar in my fingers. Helped tons. Went up to 405 for six doubles which I’ve never done before. Then I sumo pulled 480x9 and did two sets of 50 on GHRs w/ my bodyweight, and well as some barbell rows with 225. Then squatted (360x4)x6 later because I was bored lol.

These were feeling really hard at first. Got a friend to spot me on a couple of the sets. He told me that I’m shifting the weight onto one of my legs over the other and that I’m tilting towards the side. He stayed by on the last two sets to sort of keep an eye on the phenomenon and spotted me, too. Ended up getting a light spot on the final set (maybe very slight on the one before, don’t know) because he was a bit concerned with the perceived misalignment or something. I wanted to do an 8x5, but I figured I might as well call it at that point. Backed down to 315 for a couple pauses doubles to see if I could refine it. Said it looked better on those sets. Weird. Maybe all of freq and volume is throwing my body off a bit. Adductor is a bit achy. We’ll see where this goes…
