My opener was so much higher than any of the other attempts that I had to wait until the ass end of the meet, after everybody else’s 3rd attempts, just to do it. I ended up with a huge gap of time in which I had to warmup again, and moreover there weren’t enough 45’s to even increase the weight normally, so I had to use 35’s, 10’s and all of that jazz. Looked funky on the bar since I didn’t have the plates rearranged.

Had more in the tank; 600 moved the smoothest of them all somehow…the others were rather wobbly for some odd reason. The flooring in the warmup room and on the platform seemed to give me some issues w/ foot traction, but it worked out alright either way it seems. I’ll dig up some vids.

First ever triple bodyweight pull outta me. Broke the old DL record by 80 lbs at a substantially lower bodyweight. Actually, I already broke it with my opener. lulz
