I’ve felt like that before when I was simply coming down with something or fighting something off. Could be a number of things but, pain in the testicles? That should put you over the edge, go see your physician.
are you taking amphetamines?
are you sleeping?
how the hell are you training , if you have all those problems…
are you losing weight,strength? (yes)
are you stressed?
take a week off.
Pain in testicles whenever I urinate after training

I’ve had this, and panicked.
I went to the emergency room, and it wasn’t a pretty experience. You don’t want to know what they did to get the xrays of my abdominal cavity.
Turns out I had a kidney stone. Apparently my prostate was swollen also, who knew. (Urologists are fucking weird people BTW.)
I also have varicose (sp?) veins in my balls. The nurse that did the ultrasound was fucking hot, and I honestly sprouted a semi as she fondled my junk.
WOW that is a lot of personal information to say that might not have shit to do with weights.
Man i have had a similar situation lately, no energy, nausea, and just a general lack of motivation. I have taken a couple of weeks off from the gym and still fell like shit. I do have sinus/allergy problems during this time of the year also, now a few days ago I found out my wife is preggo with our first child. I have heard of husbands getting sick with their wives during that time, I think it is kindof weird but I havent felt like this in the last 4 years since i have been training seriously. But at least my nuts dont hurt, thank god!
yeah, I mean it’s not SERIOUS pain, but it’s noticeable and not comfortable. And it’s only been there after I trained both days. I think that my body is just fighting off a cold, and maybe I’m just pissing out the virus or whatever it is that’s messing me up.
tuesday I did chest and back, and I noticed that pretty much halfway into the workout I felt kinda sick like I was kinda throw up, but I paid no attention, and still went on training, and I did some light cardio to cool down and I felt fine. But then when I got home I noticed that my body temp dropped, and those symptoms I listed appeared. This was around 9 pm. But as the night went on, after drinking shit loads of tea, eating lots of healthy food, I felt everything passing. I woke up the next day (wed) and felt perfectly fine. In fact, I felt great, so I figured I’m gonna train shoulders today. So bla bla, I trained, everything was fine. BUT THEN, I got home and I had the same damn symptoms. I started getting cold, wasn’t really hungry, slight pain in the testicles when I pissed. Now I woke up today and I’m feeling “okay” but I definitely feel like there is a bug passing through me or I’ve overtrained. So I’m taking the day completely off. You guys really think I should go to the doctor about the pain in the nuts? I just pissed and felt no pain. Lol. what a nice topic.

Well, I take my balls seriously. I like them. So when I had pain I went to the doctor.
The experience at the doctor and emergency room was awful, but it was worth the piece of mind that my shit is okay and in working condition.
Just bring paper towels for clean up (he thankfully uses quite a bit of lube), and cup your head when he goes in, you feel like your going to piss all over the floor.
If this prompts some people to go get checked out and catch problems early enough to not end up dead, this is a good topic.

I had that testicle pain and after some tests and visits to the doctor, I discovered a small varicocele

I wonder how you can even question NOT going to the doctor when you have pain in your nuts. Do you have insurance?
My nuts hurt some days when I had back pain. I had that shit checked up ASAP. Turned out I have some really mild form of hernia. Nothing that needed to be treated but definitely something I needed to be aware of.
