My point is, now this is just my personal opinion. If you have kids, you shouldn’t be in the military going off to war. I think being a parent and being there for your kid is more important. Do you want your kid to grow up without a dad. Im saying that in general. Sure, they will think your brave and fought for your country, but that child won’t even know you. You weren’t there for them. they will have no memories of you. They will just no, while daddy is away in the war, I have no dad here. [/quote]

He’s part of what makes this country great. While I doubt anyone on this thread values the man’s beliefs he certainly does have the right to free (dumb, but still free) speech. And as wrong as he is, if we all had to toe the company line we’d all be a bunch of brainwashed idgets (not saying that many of us aren’t now). More importantly, the silly rhetoric gives all of us a chance to reinforce the many reasons why this country is great. I mean what country do you know of that can have a cult member run for president? lol
