Photoshop does wonders for these people. Whenever you see them on a mag they’ve been “touched up” immensely. They cover up love handles, etc.

This is true - but they still aren’t over 200 lbs.

Wow you people are great! you have nothing else better to do but crack on me, i thought this was a forum for knowledge and support. I have posted several questions in previous posts and it seems like when i have an issue you all wanna attack at once.

16-17 lbs in 3 weeks is great! I can understand your dis-satisfaction with yourself too. Its hard, but you have to let those feelings continue to fuel your fire and keep going. Go through the V-diet transition and continue to set goals, eat healthy, lift hard, and do cardio. It will pay off in the end.

The only way this lifestyle works is to stay consistent with it. You will reach your goals if you stay focused. You probably didn’t get overweight overnight did you? I didn’t, it was a gradual 10 year span. I have been working hard for over 2.5 years now and still am not happy. I just keep working at it.

I think your attitude needs a little work, but it could be the low carbs talking… lol… so i won’t flame you back if you decide to call me a prick for posting in your thread.

Keep it up and finish the diet strong.

why don’t you buy Biotest? anyone could give you an insurmountable amount of reasons why it ranks superior to ON, but mainly it is PRESCRIBED in the diet.

I bought a tub of ON once for emergency reasons…i hope i never have to do that again…

Why? Did it taste bad? What flavor did you get?

Well that’s Fail #1. A diet that’s designed to take advantage of a given supplement won’t work the same if you take it without that supplement that it properly utilizes.

i got chocolate. it just tasted worse, was harder to mix and even after stirring forever still very very chunky. Highly prefer drinking Metabolic Drive. Why do you use ON supplements often?

If you were a real man and not a fuckin boti boi, you would not be on this site, you’d have a fuckin 9-5 like us normal people and would not have time to talk shit.

If you’re so consumed by the obligations of your 9-5 like a “normal person,” then how do you have time to sit here and reply to every post?

You came on to this site and there were a handful of people who tried to give you constructive criticism (including me), but your stubborn attitude, blatant disregard for advice, conflicting posts about your program, tendencies to backlash at anyone who disagreed with what you were doing, and non-compliance to a proven scientific method has nullified any incentive for someone to want to help you. You dug yourself a hole, and I’m willing to bet the farm that most people are rooting against you now.

You didn’t follow the black and white instructions of the diet, is it no wonder you feel like shit? Things that Shugart and other sucsessful V-Dieters on this site specifically said not to do, you did, and I really don’t understand why. You’re most likely feeling so crappy because you’re run down from the extra cardio, and you’re in diet hell from eating very low carbs but not being in ketosis (which is a disaster because of the physical and psychological effects it can have on you).

Congratulations on being one of T-Nation’s Top 10 Biggest Attention Whores, too. It seems that every time you get a hair up your ass about the diet you need to make an entirely new thread.

Good luck with the rest of the diet =]

Ok, im not sure how name calling is constructive criticism, everything that you have said before is borderline insulting… condescending to the point of belittlement. So unless your 15, lets all try acting our ages when we decide to post.

Now everybody involved in this has said something out of line at one point or another, but isnt the point of this forum supposed to be uplifting other users and not to tear them down? Lexee has not done any cardio nor added anything additional to her shakes and has stuck to the v-diet to a T, i can vouch for her personally since I live with her and see her everyday.

Can anybody else out there who wants to come on here and say what she has and has not been doing say that. So next time you want to throw out accusations like that, at least try and provide a bit more proof then what she said in a previous post.

  1. Look back at my posts in this thread. I have no said a single thing out of line, neither has pretty much ANYONE

  2. It’s only uplifting to the point that people don’t go berserk

3a. One of you is lying. Either you or Lexee. She’s stated many times in previous threads that she’s done cardio. Which is it?

3b. She’s also said that she’s put additional food items into her shake mixes. Once again, who’s lying?

3c. I’m going to have to say that you’re lying. Lexee would’ve already defended herself against the “misconceptions” that we all have of her if she was indeed right.

Now, my own personal judgement: I think she’s not mentally ready for this diet. She’s lost 17 pounds (or 16, I don’t know, her math/memory blows) in THREE WEEKS and yet she still thinks she’s “fat and ugly.” That’s a telltale sign of someone who is incredibly insecure. She took an extreme diet and made it even more extreme (by her own admission). She’s looking for a quick way to lose all her weight. She doesn’t realize that it takes time. She lacks the patience and maturity and possibly intellect to understand this.

Hell no! Where did you get an idea like that?

[quote]Lexee has not done any cardio nor added anything additional to her shakes and has stuck to the v-diet to a T, i can vouch for her personally since I live with her and see her everyday.

Except that she has used the wrong products. A minor detail I’m sure. . . .
