You stated you are using ON Casein protein, not Metabolic Drive. These are not interchangeable.

Ok you wanna know the deal. In short, when i first came on this site , i had no knowledge i was afraid to take this diet on. My friend who i work with used to be 280 back in december it is now april and he weighs 220 with like 13% body fat, thanks to the V-Diet OK. He told me to go on it, and since he did not want to make it hard for me he suggested that i should eat everyother day.
But i said you know what nah, i am going to go ahead and not wuss out do all the supplements the casein protein and work out the way im supposed to and follow it correctly. I know what i posted in the beginning and i said i know that im not doing it right there fore i am going to and since March 26, I have been following this diet as perscribed by Shugart. So for lil faggot asses like diz and all the others who decided to start the name calling like pre-school children, i had to come back in my defense because they sittin over there wishing that i would fail.
My friend who saw me today told me i am not failing because i’ve lost so much weight so fast. i have lost 16lbs to this date? starting at 220 and now at 203 does that sound like failure to you? if it does something is wrong with you and the rest of these fools who have nothing but negative words for me. This is hard for those who think it wasnt hard it is im not gonna sit up here and lie to you, so last night i came on here to vent and get some support and feedback. if you’re human you’d understand that but you know since LSd or whateva his name is and Dizz and the rest of those people felt the need to attack i have no choice but to defend myself. Im done, im going back to work.

I don’t think anyone here is even coming close to calling you a failure. What they are saying is that some of the negative side effects you posted about in your first post of this thread are related to not following the diet to a “T”. The fact that you come at people trying to point out possible weak spots in your program with a bad attitude has taken this thread to where it is now.
hi lexee - congratulations on the changes that you’ve made. the v-diet may not be everyone. have you tried looking on the MWA boards to see how other women have accomplished their goals?
we women sometimes tend to get riled up pretty easy sometimes. did you resolve your other problem? THAT can add to feeling worse when you are already kinda pissy feeling.
folks on this board are truly helpful and caring - although you may find that hard to believe right now.
find a diet that works for you. you are uniquely you - and not all bodies respond the same way to outside factors.
the V-Diet will always be there when you want. i lasted only 2 weeks on it myself - couldn’t handle the lack of energy. i adopted the AD diet that i had learned on MWA instead - it’s been working for me.
Dr. Berardi’s precision nutrition also can teach you how to eat without dieting really to reach your goals.

If you’re so consumed by the obligations of your 9-5 like a “normal person,” then how do you have time to sit here and reply to every post?
You came on to this site and there were a handful of people who tried to give you constructive criticism (including me), but your stubborn attitude, blatant disregard for advice, conflicting posts about your program, tendencies to backlash at anyone who disagreed with what you were doing, and non-compliance to a proven scientific method has nullified any incentive for someone to want to help you. You dug yourself a hole, and I’m willing to bet the farm that most people are rooting against you now.
You didn’t follow the black and white instructions of the diet, is it no wonder you feel like shit? Things that Shugart and other sucsessful V-Dieters on this site specifically said not to do, you did, and I really don’t understand why. You’re most likely feeling so crappy because you’re run down from the extra cardio, and you’re in diet hell from eating very low carbs but not being in ketosis (which is a disaster because of the physical and psychological effects it can have on you).
Congratulations on being one of T-Nation’s Top 10 Biggest Attention Whores, too. It seems that every time you get a hair up your ass about the diet you need to make an entirely new thread.

Photoshop does wonders for these people. Whenever you see them on a mag they’ve been “touched up” immensely. They cover up love handles, etc.

This is true - but they still aren’t over 200 lbs.
Yes, well I also think that this diet shouldn’t be used who are not in some sort of good physical shape. You should be eating right before you start this diet. But that’s just my opinion.
What I find ridiculous is that she wants to sit here and claim that (1)the guys on here exposing her faults are on steroids, (2)that being on steroids means you don’t have to work, and (3)big guys are all stupid.
First, a lot of guys on here put massive amounts of time and energy into working out naturally. Don’t knock them just because they know how to do it right and you, lexee, don’t.
Second, don’t knock steroid users as well. Taking steroids is not the equivalent of taking a magic pill; rather, it entails a lot of hard work. You can easily get fatter by taking steroids if you don’t train and eat properly. Which hey, now that I think about it, are probably two things you don’t do correctly. Nobody here wants to start any problems (except for A-diz, since you called him out for some stupid reason), we just want to help. Either take the constructive(emphasis on constructive) criticism or get the hell out.
Third, and lastly, just because there are people on this forum with great physiques and great success stories does not mean they are dumb. On the contrary, there are many very, very intelligent people on here who have a passion for bodybuilding, lifting, and just overall having a healthy lifestyle. Like I said, don’t knock them either, just because they look good.
I will tell you this with a guarentee. I showed my friend the V-Diet article, and he “did it all 28 days.” That ass (my friend) snacked on lil pieces of shit all goddamed day, complained of headaches and sickness feeling, and only drank a protein shake when it was readily avaialble. He did lose 10 lbs and lifted like a crazy ass. But my moral here is i KNOW FOR A FACT she cheated the shit outta this diet if she aint happy with a 16lb loss (which im callin bullshit) and shes venting for some magical GO GIRL inspiration.
