I Need Huge Shoulders

Hey hope all is well. I have struggled with small shoulders for a really long time. Ive tried everything from arnold presses to lateral raises and never seemed to gain size and shape in my shoulder region. But I recently took a different approach and saw massive gains.

A huge trick to get symmetrical looking shoulders is to work on your upper back A LOT, especially rear delts. Exercises like band pull aparts, face pulls, chest supported rows, Iso YWTs, blackburns and tempo inverted rows really helped develop symmetrical looking shoulders.

Now in terms of the actual size of the shoulders, I noticed that after adding kettlebell work to my routine, especially strict kettlebell presses and turkish getups, my shoulders started getting big, round and strong.
Hope you incorporate some of the things I stated here, let me know if you see any changes.
In the mean time train hard and smart.

Maybe you should try that stuff from the Facebook ad that says it’s “one weird trick to grow muscle”. It has to be legit because Matt Damon’s husband uses it. I think Vann Wilder does too.

Lady, there’s a reason it’s MinotaurXXX and not MinotaurPG13.

If, for any reason, this place becomes littered with people who try to impose their sense of morality on others, don’t be too surprised if the very thing that makes this subforum interesting will make it dull and choking on milk toast.[/quote]

I’m just giving it back to you a little bit. I realize this website is mostly a bunch of young men talking to each other. Carry on.

LMFAO

This subforum is a place to exchange ideas, bust balls, and speak freely - regardless of age.

And it always amuses me when someone says “carry on” implying permission is granted when none is required.

There was some good-natured teasing about me being a prude or a middle-aged mom, or woman unlikely to post porn… I laughed. I gave it back, with the same intent. I made a mom-ish joke about editing your language and washing your mouth our with soap. I wasn’t making any deep social commentary, or “imposing my morality.” The majority of people on TN are men younger than me. My point being, it’s hardly the place for people who are easily offended by the f-bomb. In my mind, carry on = /threadjack = back on topic. It was intended as more of a courtesy to the OP for derailing his thread, not as some kind of “permission” directed to you.

There wasn’t much, if anything, to hijack in this frivolous thread. We have an op who has a whopping 10 posts since 2013 asking a borderline troll question and it naturally diverted to unintentional comedy.

Like I said, this subforum is a place to exchange ideas (refer to my later post today in a serious shoulder thread ‘God Bless the BTN’), bust balls (or ovaries), and speak freely.

Me thinks the lady doth protest too much. Agree or disagree, have a nice life.
