I Made a Diet Generator. Check it Out

The website is great! thanks so much for sharing!

This website is really good. Just noticed a little problem, when clicking the “Paleo” option for food choices, it still puts in dairy foods (milk, yoghurt, cheese, etc) and peanuts, which are not strictly paleo.

Made some updates over the past couple weeks, here’s what I just added to the first post:

Damn, it’s been over 2 years since I started this! Eat This Much has gone through some major changes since last August, the biggest being automatic weekly planning. Now, if you sign up, it’ll send you a 7 day meal plan and grocery list every week via email. If you see anything you don’t like, you can load up the day in the generator and make edits on the spot. Once you like what you see, you can resend yourself the email. If it suggests any big recipes, it’ll ask you to save the extra servings as leftovers and eat them over the next few days.

The weekly stuff isn’t free (if you guys don’t burn me at the stake, I’ll build a coupon system and pass some out here!), but the free version of the generator has also seen some big improvements since the launch and makes much more reasonable looking plans. Would love to hear what you guys think about it.

This thing is awesome if you just want a point and click system, but it doesn’t have me eating anything other than fruit until my 4th meal… Maybe add a setting where you can program macros on a per meal basis instead of just a per day basis? I would want about 40-50g protein per meal over 5 meals and it has me eating all of my 200g of protein over two meals. Perhaps a template where you can add your workout time in and it programs based on spreading out protein and macros, along with simple nutrient timing?

I’ll probably add in some nutrient timing functions in the near future - I used to have some basic options in swole.me, but when I added recipes to the site, trying to find specific macro values for each meal limited the variety too much.
