I’ve been thinking about going vegan for ages & it now simply feels like the right thing to do.
I’ll do some research on how best to move over to 100% plant based then post up my strategy.
Training wise & measuring that effect, I’m quite untrained at the moment, I just do Jujutsu & have stopped boxing, kick boxing & circuit training.
Sooo I’m gonna join a kick boxing gym & focus on that + keep up the Jujutsu.
I’ll then compare my progress there to the last few years - I was my lifetime fittest March 2017 from boxing/kick boxing & that can be reasonably quantified as I have a training Excel with max reps on body weight circuits.
At the moment mindset wise, I’m not bothered if I don’t get as strong as when I was eating animals. I feel more strongly about going vegan. That might change when I get obsessed by getting stronger though haha ![]()
