Only thing I can say is, Matthew 18:9, “And if they eye offend thee, pluck it out and cast it from thee:…”. Gonna take several shots to clear that from the memory.

What brand is that bar? I’ve been wanting one with actual knurling on it and so far nothing I’ve found has it. For what ever reason mentally when I get under say the Rogue swiss bar with heavy weight I feel like it could slip out of my hands because it’s just a tube. Does make me grip harder though.

Hey DD, its a UK brand…Mirafit. Yeah id a strength shop version that was a slippery tube too, but if im train back i dont want grip to be an issue / limiting factor, and i no longer want to use straps and/or figures 8s. Id rather train the grip with one of my rolling thunders, fat gripz on the farmers handles or something like that.

Still training away, still using a deadlift / press focused routine with either a curl or a seated cable row salted in. Mobility and swimming after every session. Grip training and late night brisk walks as ever as well.

I hired a trainer that specialises in mobility and core work, after several tests i found out my mobility is actually not too bad apart from in my shoulders, they need some improvement, so thats what am working daily. my anti flexion core and hip flexion strength is great, but anti lateral flexion needs work and stability, so am adding in some drills daily to improve these things.

A furthur 1.5kg of fat lost this week.
