I Hit 430lbs!

WTF is all this talk about video phones? I ain’t gotta job yet. I just got a regular camera phone. All the video cameras I have are old fashion with no USB ports to upload it here. Don’t worry when I get a job I plan on getting one. Too early for places to be hiring right now because I put in apps. and called but they should be calling soon. I’d love to prove you all wrong and make you look dumbfounded. But until then, flame on.

yeah but by the time you get a job you will have to hit 500-600lbs to back up all your claims.

Your completely full of shit about your 430 unassisted max, pure and simple. You may think you didnt get help, but you did.

And no, I’m not referring to him helping you get it down to your chest, I’m referring to him helping you lift the bar off your chest.

Live with it.

Ok, Im being to hard on you. Here Il write a program that should have you at around 500lbs in 3-4 weeks.

Done twice a week as follows.

Barbell Shrugs 3x10
Dumbell Shrugs 3x10
Upright rows 5x10
Barbell Curls 5x10
Front raises 5x10

Finnish off every workout by putting on way more weight than you can handle in bench and have the guy spot you.

But make sure your spotter can still help!, because after he does all those shrugs and upright rows and bicep work, his spotting muscles are gonna be tired…

Remember man, when you bench its not just a full body exercise that involves legs and back (for getting your ass off the bench that extra couple of inches) its a team effort.

There are also techniques to make your guy a better spotter, try making him stand 4 ft back while he lifts. That way when hes spotting you with his nut sack on your face (max out) it will be much easier for him.

You can also do box spots, he sits on a box set at parallel behind you and when he spots he has to almost lift his arms over his head to help you rack the bar. Very good for his starting and explosive strength in the spot.

But remember, these spots involve allot of front delts, so I would have him working back at least 3 days a week, or else his shoulders will role forwards and ruin his spotting leverage.

Once he gets more advanced he an start useing chains and bands to overload the top portion of his spot, I recomend a Me and De spot day with maybe some plyometrics like medicine ball throws with your arms extended out infront of you throwing the ball up in the air for maybe 4x4 sets/reps.

Spot form would be.

Shoulder blades back, back arched, deep breath, squeeze and try to break the bar. And lift with the upper back and traps. Delts and biceps beind stabilizers in this lift.

Best of luck.

You’re hilarious. Jealousy is showing on your sleeve.

Sed26, did you try the workout that he suggested?

I did.

Now the girl I have spot for me is dead.

Its true, I am jealous.

I just wish lieing to people about my lifts was just as good as actually doing them. Do you have any idea how much hard work that would save?

Oh well, Im one of those guys who knows Im only lieing to my self if I was to do that.

But yeah, thats a rough program, If your spotters spotter isnt real quick they could get seriously hurt. Pulling a let, bicep, even breaking their elbows under the strain.

ok - i want to add 100 kg to my bench by christmas - should be easy according to the average guy in your gym. please write down everything you do and eat…or coach’s secret lemonade.

i hope you didnt lie about shit on all your job apps, because if you did you aint gonna have a job yet. if i were you id just get a part time job, stay in school- college, junior college, community college, whatever- just as so you dont have to leave all these fabulous spotters that you have. fuck it, fail senior year and stay in high school for another year, then in like another year you might be 205lbs benching 600. go for it!

I’ve never been able to get off without a golden shower since.

No, the real question to be asked here is: WTF is all this talk about benching 430lbs?

“i aint got no job yet, so WTF is all this talk about ‘talk’?”??

All of your friends probably have videocameras in some capacity. Why you don’t is a mystery to me. Have one of your homies video you bench pressing, post the video on YouTube, and link to it on this thread.

Please.
