Honestly, it’s one of the reasons I bought the home setup. Once I get the training area presentable maybe I won’t be the only one using it. She has expressed an interest.

Both the 255 and the 275 were high. I got folded over and didn’t sit back enough. Took a minute, got my head right and buried the pryamid down sets. Four days lifting in a row did not help todays efffort.
