That was a nice looking squat Joe. The 245 bench pressed out reall fast, too.
Nothing astounding, just that ability to generate power manifests in (among other things) speedy runners and a very quick drop off in speed of execution of lifts. If it is a weight you can overcome, it is a weight you can overcome quickly. So do you have a fine line between weights that go up quickly and weights that won’t go up at all? That 245 bench looked pretty quick, and the rep formula says your max is somewhere around 260.

Yes, that is absolutely true. Right now I could push 270-275 up and it would go up pretty fast. But 280 might not come more than an inch or so up off my chest.

Hmmm…I think good would be stretching the truth but I’m definitely better at shorter distances than long.

Yeah, I was just looking for 1-2 more reps because next week is +135 and I need at least 3 reps on it.
Also I am off work today waiting for the ADT guys so come get the alarm sensor so we can replace our door. Sp that means bum bum bum Frosty the Snowman recording and posting. I’m going to go into town and DL after they are done as well.
