I must say that I so thoroughly enjoyed the commentary at the end of your last squat vid that I laughed aloud. Oh, Joe. You are a funny one. And that squat wasn’t that high or ugly. Kimba’s got the record for the ugliest squat on tape with that horrific knee cave one.
Well when you don’t have looks you have to be funny.
I really want my squats clean by the time I compete.

You are the official dip-master. I declare you crowned
What pissed you off that made you claim that some of the stupidest people in the world train at your gym? I’d like videos of that.
Normally I’m able to filter out the dumbass but there were two skrawny little kids behind me talking loudly about how they had to have a protein shake EXACTLY 30 minutes after their arm DAYS or their DOMS would be so bad they couldn’t WRITE.
So it was gripe into the camera or throw a plate at them.
Nice to meet you. Good to read your bio. I’ve been meaning to incorporate dips into my routine but both the dip stations at my gym are fixed and too close together. When I mount them (don’t say it), my hands are touching my hips. Gonna try and jury rig something. Your dips are looking outstanding.

Next time, throw a plate and tape that. I thought you were a team player Joe.

Good pulling, Joe, looks like the back is doing better.
Thanks, sadly I think the rack pulls are tweaking the back some. Its that or the squats, but I have five days away from teh gym coming up and then a trip to the Spine Clinic so i should know something for certain then.
My back feels stong on the lifts but then the next morning its all gripy.

I’m very interested in your Spine Clinic details. My low back is prone to giving me the finger if I don’t treat it nice.

I suspect their advice will be “Well if it hurts then don’t do it. Three hundred dollars please.”

Well hopefully there will be scans and pictures and nurses and whatnot.
