So I made the mistake of going into SAMA and reading that shit.
There are some people who think this girl is fat. Really… seriously?
What the hell is wrong with people. She’s a little young, but fat? I think of a lot of things when I see that picture but fat isn’t one of them.
She’s a bit ‘curvier’ than I would like to be but we all have our things we prefer and, as it happens, women is not one of mine. However, for her age, she looks to be carrying too much fat. I think if she turned sideways, she’d have a bit of a belly. She’s a very beautiful girl but I could see her having significant weight issues as she ages.
Thats certainly possible about the adding weight as she ages. But at that snapshot in time she looks fine. I also admit that I have a broad range I find attrative in women from very lean to the girl above. Its more of reading kids, who most like haven’t gotten laid in years banging on a girl, or type of girl.
Its like people talking shit about deads without vids or pics of their own “outstanding” development.

you certainly make your dips look easy joe and I am glad to see you back on the dead lift train…
as far as the girl goes she looks good to me but most of the guys over there like pronounced abs and exposed muscle lines… I however like all kinds
she could eat crackers in my bed anytime
Yeah me too, now I’m going to be honest I’m not into women so big that they have an atmosphere but curvy like her, bring it on. Lean and ripped, bring it on.
Officer, I swear, I was driving right down the middle of the lane, when all of a sudden the car took a severe turn to the right, drove through the fence, down the side of the mountain, and ended up in this swamp…
I think it’s great that you posted this here, but having seen this sort of discussion beaten to death on much of the rest of the site I tend to stay here at base camp, venturing out to the other forums strictly for the rare bit of entertainment.
Don’t take the blah, folded, high squat too much to heart. That’s all part of the strength cycle; it’s up and down. I expect that the blah day will be followed by a good day.
It can be tough though because if, like me, you look forward to training and are stoked for it, then a blah day sometimes feels even worse than that.
I agree it looked high, but I didn’t see too much of a forward lean.
As a side note, it looks to me as though the safety bars are set way too low for you; if you had to bail out it looks like the bar would have almost a foot to fall before it hit the supports, but that may just be the camera angle. I have the pins in my cage set to be just an inch or so below the level I’m trying to hit. I had to bail on one with the pins set lower and really tweaked my knee when I didn’t get the weight off my back before I fell downwards.
It looked abit high, but I do not thinnk the form was too bad at all. Going for 1 rep, sometimes can bring out some of the ugliest lifts. As long as the weight gets up, then it’s good in my books.

Not sure if that made sense.
That made perfect sense. I’m almost always surprised by a blah day, and then I’m doubly disappointed.
