I Have Low T (Results Posted)

Hi guys I’m 26, I weigh 315-320 - I’m 6’8". I’m not sure on my body fat %, although I’m sure it’s close to 30%. I’m definitelyin bad shape. I’m just hoping to get my T levelswherethey belong and start feeling betteragain. I have Klinefelterssyndrome, so that is the reason my T levels are bad. It’s been 10 years now of hell. I just received my lab work. I have started trt back in January(about 2 months), but I had to stop for other reasons. I did not feel my best while on it, but it was my fault because I didn’t get my statschecked during trt.

I have depression, anxiety. I feel like crap 95% of the time…maybemore like 100%.

I have my labs:

Testosterone, Serum 285 Low ng/dl 348-1197

Luteinizing Hormone (LH), S LH 11.6 High mIU/mL 1.7-8.6

FSH, Serum 13.1 High mIU/mL 1.5-12.4

Estradiol 43.1 High pg/mL 7.6-42.6

I took a lipid panel as well. I havemy hcg, 1mg of ai and 210mg of cyp. I’m thinking maybe E7D. I did E5D it seemed a bit too much for me. Any suggestions?

Work on correcting the underlying cause

LOSS WEIGHT and focus on proper lifestyle changes
Need a Dr to properly evaluate you for thyroid, adrenal, and insulin resistance
Also should look into an MRI since your LH is so high this could be a sign of primary testicular failure which needs to be medical investigated to rule out possible causes.
Highly suggest you have sleep test study done for sleep apnea as well

Where are you located I have a whole net work of Drs in the US and international which I be glad to refer you too.

Thanks for your input. Like a mentioned before I have klinefelters(it’s my underlining cause), it would be considered Chromosome Problems. I have a doctor that is will be monitoring my status, I’m just looking to learn as much as I can on the side as well. This is the same doctor that thought T pellets were the best route for me. That was not a good idea.

I don’t have the best insurance, and getting injections through him is expensive, so I’m with Maximus right now, which I have informed him about.

I know I need to lose weight badly, so again I’m here to learn as much as I can.I’ve let my anxiety and depression control my life for about 10 years now… I feel if I don’t act now, I won’t see my 30s.

Thanks for your input! Like I’ve mentioned above, I have klinefelters which is my underlining cause. I’m here to learn as much as I can, I know I need to lose weight. I have been so depressed, and I have let my anxiety control my life. I’m in real bad shape overall.

I do have a doctor he will monitor my results/status. I’m currently using maximushrt. I did inform him of that. I don’t have the best insurance, pretty much none. I have tried Test Pellets, drops. creams amd he wanted to put me on the patch and the baccal… I said no, let’s do the injections. Getting injections from him was too expensive, so that’s why i’m using maximus.

You used pellets? What did your levels gets on them? Were they compounded, or by testopel?

Yea I was on compounded pellets. He inserted 4. My level got about 640, the bad thing is they started to pour out of my skin… then he lit a match to seal it closed(primitive). I convinced him to give me an injection too… I started feeling better, but I felt like a lab rat.

JESUS! Was this guys office out the back of his truck??? LOL! Sorry man, not laughing at your expense, just never heard of that.

How long did it take for you to start feeling something on the pellets? or did you not? Was injections faster?

I may be biased , but I will never do the t pellets again. It felt funny and sometimes it was itchy. You may have a different experience than me. If that’s the route you want to try to don’t let my post influence your decision, it may work for you.

You would think for being a doctor in California… there would be better standards lol… I was in shock when he said “I’m going to burn you” I was like Wtf? If they pellets worked, then it would of been great. He said they last about 4 months, like four hundred dollars. I hate injecting, I just injected my glute the other day and it was painless.

I use insulin pins to inject. I also have a Dr in California I work with dealing with HRT. PM me for info. Need to look out side other areas as I mentioned with most Drs will not. Spending $1200 a year is ludicrous when it could be done for 1/4 the price or cheaper.
