6x135, 6x150, 9x170

Partials ( about 12-13 inch range) about 1 inch or so lower than the end of last cycle

5x275, 5x315, 4x335 1x365 thought about walking out 405…next cycle you dumb goat said the little voice in my head, next cycle.

8x225 to 18 inch box ( tap and go)

Overhead Squats
3x8x85

GMs
2x10x85, 1x8x95

all in all a good session for me…

Strick - a couple of 16 hour days in prep for a BOD meeting yesterday has left me very, very quiet!

stand in rain while dogs take their sweet little time finding the perfect place to pee! rainy days and furry dogs…priceless!!

no work today (took vacation day since my kids are off from school and my son already blew me off for his girl and trip to the Providence mall…can’t say I blame him as she is a helluva cuter than this old goat) (taking my daughter to the phone store and than lunch…she still digs the old man…well when there is nothing else to do!) so I was able to go into the gym a little later than usual so I might have been technically awake; which is nice… The 180 for 8 was good for me, the partials are starting to help…one more session at this height and then drop another inch or so…

JW: Sssh don’t say anything…I graduated HS at 138lbs! struck fear in the hearts of all men…(haha)! Played college lax at 172 ! that 172 was a little different than this 174…I think there might be something to the gravity thing!

174 lbs. You must be all ripped up. Being around 265-270 I am not. My 11 year old son is starting to notice girls. Won’t be long before he’s blowing me off to go to the mall.
