I Got the Point, Here's a Video

so heres an overall video from the past 2 months of training the pics in my profile are from the beginning. This is 2 months later and 10lbs heavier. I admit im a bit fatter but i have been eating every 2.5-3 hours and slamming the calories

and heres one from 2 months ago

training is going exceptionaly well, the one issue im having however, is growing my legs. Im working them once per workout cycle w/ stiff leg deads, leg extensions, ham curls and squats. all within the 8-10 rep range. where can i improve (ps i do calves on back day) and can i work legs twice in a workout cycle.

Current cycle… back/ bi’s… Chest/tri’s… legs… shoulders

oh look what i found… a pic from a year and a hlf before i started training

you’re looking pretty good. One thing a lot of people do wrong here is not research posing enough. Practicing good, proper posing can make you look a LOT bigger. If you google video search “Bodybuilding Poses” you should see this video. I found it very informative early on for getting the basic idea.

thanks for the video!!
as rasslore says you got a good looking body but I’d add more mass

Good progress, you can really tell you put on ten. Good luck in the future

What is your diet like?

Very nice progress for two months, you are noticeably larger without gaining any visible fat. Strong work. I really like the video approach compared to just pictures.

great progress. your shoulders came along nicely.
