I did buy two 30l lb ruck Plates
To load into my backpack and hike March etx

Been using one 30 lb and have done 3-7 miles pretty much every day.
100 pushups and shit ton of swings

I might not go back to the gym ever.
Haha haha

Uhm loaded walks have blown up my low back and calves

had a wedding anniversary 16 years!

today I did an 8mile ruck walk with a 30lb load.
uhm these are great.

I live in a decent town just above NYC we are on the water, so I get to walk along some inlets an see nice houses.

I also did 100 pushups
a bunch of kb stuff.
I am hating life that I did not buy a bigger one lol

drinking a bud light.
I forgot how good- bad cheap ice cold beer can taste

Thanks Biker I am sure everyone is kicking themselves about outfitting a home or garage gym or providing a work space in their house or garage etc.

Ive done100 push ups and 100 kb swings as one like effort.
and managed a 3 to 6 mile walk loaded with 30lbs every day.

today I did an 11 mile 30 lb ruck.
it rook close to 3 hours maybe 2.40.
Im spent.

thoughts- loaded ruck or vests.
is a great cardio option if you have decent weather and time.
Its also really good for low mid and upper back and core.
really good.

Kev- 11 miles? holy cow!! I use my vest for 30 minutes and I am like get this thing off of me!

Ive one maybe 3 6-8 mile walks a week
and two 4-5 mile shorter walks .
pushups kb swings some yogic typer movemnts.

Yesterday I did 200 push-ups
a bunch of kettle queer stuff

I did 5x10 of ab wheel two days ago and was sore everywhere.
getting old suck.

I am sorry for a lack of participation here- I have not kept up with anyones training

more walks have settled into what is a shorter faster walk 4-5 miles and a longer 8-10 mile 30lb ruck two of each per week.

Still doing push-ups 100 been keeping away from BW squats
fake knee isnt cool with those anymore.
