I was recently “forced” to use kettlebells, and imo they can bring a different element to the usual exercises. Sort of like using fat grips, plus there’s the added element of the off-centered weight.
If you remember G1/germanone (top USAPL powerlifter) he used to do kettlebell stuff when he was taking a break from powerlifting, and he said that for whatever reason kettlebell work seemed to have a therapeutic effect on his body.
I would take anything he said as gospel
He posted some powerlifting meet results - He is or was one of the S&C coaches at a Major D1 university- pretty sure it was ASU.
which made all the sense in the world how perfect all his lifts where.
my little gym has KB’s and I use them allot shoulder junk- warm up stuff.
swings Get ups cleans and ‘DB’ stuff like lunges etc.
really when pressing them they are a different shape engage the hands - my they change things up enough - the momentum or lack of that they make-
and you have to control makes for some interesting inertia.

5 trips tire drag
100 pushps ( 4 sets)
100 TRX rows 5 sets
there are a few different tire options
the one I messed with google has weighing 188 lbs.
dragging it over shitty black top it felt heavy.
I still go there and use a TRX and do some junk and some ketle bell swings
Ive been doing some pushups at home
something like
BPA x15-20 pushups 20-30 til I get to 100-150 push ups
If fuck with TRX I do some circuits shit
face pulls some kind of row stuff.
some push up type stuff- having a hard time finding a good place to rig this.

something like 700-1000 pushups a week
I venture out every other day maybe sometimes two to three days together.
inside the houseI do BPA and100- 200 pushpus and some ab wheel
I bought an Iron Neck
used one at PT a few years ago while on crutches.
I loved it was so helpful so use that too.
outside I use a small 25 lb kettle bell - try to find one to buy.
andI use the TRX
TRX tyoically I do something like
face pull
row
push up
curl
single leg squat.
for 5 to 7 rounds of ten
KB
I do circuits of
swings x 20
1 arm swing 10 each
clean press 10 each
lunge 10 each
how is everyone doing.
Im as surly and or miserable as anyone else.

bands trx 25lb kettle bell and and iron neck
what Ive been doing.
pushups BPA band pull downs Band OH press.
KB stuff I have not really used this before lock down.
loaded walks- have done several 4-6 miles walks with 25 kb stufffed in a backpack
these are actually amazing- the next day or so you can feel where they have crushed your core and low back
I literally have no where to do pullups and that is lame.
I have been cooking up a storm on the gram

finger pullups I can do a couple - the door jambs in this place ( out apt ) are maybe a 1/2"
