You nailed it! I HATE when people say/write “honestly” before making their point. It’s even used in one of the lousy top 40 songs they play at my gym. I also get sick of “basically”.
Can I say “frankly”?
Clark Gable could.

That in an of itself helps me understand you better.
The periodic rage, exasperation and agitation we see from you on this forum can obviously trace its roots back to a childhood fraught with the angst that could only be manufactured by forcing an innocent young American boy to participate in a “sport” that has no legitimate place in the land of the free and home of the brave.

I know a lot of parents like it because it keeps kids in shape with all the running that they have to do. It has a good carryover to other sports because the kids with the best endurance, and usually some of the fastest, are the ones that played soccer all fall.
BUT, you could get the same effect by having kids play rugby from an early age and bypass the whole fucking soccer thing entirely. Think of what a better place this country would be if we just replaced all Soccer Moms with Rugby Moms.
nope, you wont get the same effect playing “soccer” as you would rugby. A soccer player will generally be more aerobically fit and all 11 players bar the goalkeeper will be quite fast.
Rugby is much less endurance-based, due to the stop/start nature of scrums, rucks, mauls, lineouts, penalty kicks etc. Plus the positions in rugby to a large extend determine the players build. Front row- very strong, medium height endomorph. Second row-tall strong eco, back row-tall strong meso ecto, half backs-short to medium meso with great coordination, centres- medium to tall meso, back 3- medium to tall meso ecto but not as extreme as the 2nd row.

No. They aren’t allowed.

What is this method of measuring bodyfat with a shoe? It sounds super complicated so it must work.
Does it work with a boot or does it have to be a shoe? Does brand matter?

You would have to ask eliteballa3. He is the only one who knows how it works exactly. Doctors and scientists have been trying to figure out his method for years to no avail.
I don’t trust a man who
-Thinks hockey is too violent
-Finds every excuse in the world to avoid squats
-Uses “hashtag” in real life conversation
-Doesn’t eat meat
-Incessantly talks about his religion (keep it to yourself)
Unless overcoming addiction, any man who doesn’t imbibe alcohol - the true breakfast of champions.
Half of you cunts sound like frat boys.
DBCooper is the only one of you bitches who is keeping it real.
