Here’s something to think about. Another thing I learned in my Criminal Justice class, which you cops surely know:
Rapes are NEVER, or almost NEVER conducted solely for sexual pleasure. A rape almost invariably comes from a) the need for power, b) Anger.
a) A rapist with past issues and feelings of inadequacy and inferiority is led to commit rape for the feeling of power and adequacy he gets from it.
b) A rapist with strong past issues with females in general - I.E. the rapist HATES females in general - is led to commit rape as punishment for the female. Maybe he had a very difficult relationship with his mother; maybe he was never successful with females and relationships…and the individual learned to hate them and wish them harm secretly. Couple this anger with his often strong inadequacy (cant perform sexually) and you have a potential rapist looking to punish females and resolve his feeling of inadequacy.
I THINK I got it right. I still have the book, Ill have to reread the part on sexual crimes. Any cops here who could check if I got it reasonably right, or correct me? I know the two main motives for rapists are either power or anger. But never, or very rarely is it for sexual pleasure alone - in fact most rapists confess to derive very little and often times no sexual pleasure from their rapes. A large portion of these rapists simply cant perform well and are looking to solve their feelings of inadequacy.
It certainly seems to me Coercix HAS a problem with females. I certainly cant see him perform well when he’s puking all over the poor gal. And he certainly is blaming the girl for being raped when she had no fault. While Its never a good idea to make an assumption based solely on an individuals character, his certainly leads one to think he could very well have raped the girl himself.

We studied interrogations in depth, and even had an FBI Agent lecture us on this. One thing they hammered on us was the fact that an individual who is lying to cover up for himself or a friend, will always be inconsistent. Here’s how:
He’ll have details on some parts of the crime situation, but very blurry and generalized facts for other parts of the crime.
F.ex. A man saw a friend stab another man in the chest. When interrogated by Police, he will say ‘We were at Happy’s Bar, I’d had 5 beers, Michelob light, and we were enjoying a cover band playing ‘Sink the Pink’ by AC/DC. We were sitting right next to the stage on a small table, when we heard a man scream something. Then this other man comes from his back and stabs him.’
When asked by police for further details he says he doesnt remember exactly what profanity the man had yelled, the description is very generalized (‘he was puerto rican’), and his account of the incident will also be incongruent (I.E. the man was stabbed from the side at a 45 degree angle with a 7 inch blade knife, and the man said he saw him being stabbed from the back with a small pocket knife)
Im just doing this because Im surprised what I learned can actually be applied lol. But, here’s something to think about:

Even though he witnessed the reaction in the guys face closely, he doesnt remember his face? Phooey. Even though he noticed the girl was sound asleep with her pants on her ankles and butt naked, he doesnt remember something so simple as wether she was blonde, pale or tan, and doesnt have the slightest hint as to who she might be? ANYONE remembers the color of the hair of someone if you can remember the fact that she WAS asleep with pants on her ankles and butt naked.
And also - HOW THE FUCK do you say it WASNT THE SAME GIRL YOU SAW THAT WAS RAPED?
Here’s the facts:
- You saw a girl get fucked while she was passed out.
- In the very short ammount of time it takes one to piss and come back, the guy is GONE and the girl is laying there PASSED OUT, BUTT NAKED, with PANTS ON HER ANKLES. What do you think, that she asked to be fucked while she was asleep, and that after he was done and shed enjoyed herself so much she just let him go right away and remained in bed butt naked for everybody to see?
More plausible choice: Guy took advantage of her, fucked her while she was passed out, and left before she woke up. THAT is rape. Rape is sex without consent from the other party, which I find hard to believe he (or you) had.
I think you feel like scum after doing something you KNOW is bad, and are trying to rationalize that it wasnt as bad as it was, and calm yourself down from the paranoia that someone’s eventually gonna zoom in on what you did.

Why was he using a washroom in an upstairs bedroom? He says he used it all night. Convenient that it just so happens that it was in the bedroom where this act supposedly took place. He tells us he was in an out all night, so that covers his ass. He can always say, “yeah, I was in there, but only to use the washroom, that’s why she recognized me.” He tells us he was in an out many times. Why tell us this unless it’s a critical part of your attempt to provide a reason for you being in the room at least AT ONE POINT DURING THE EVENING in case someone says they saw you in there.
Who the fuck walks past two being fucking and laughs or says something and continues on to the washroom? Number one, that’s rude, but more importantly, that doesn’t happen. I’ve walked in on people and I jumped back so fast and shut the door so quick I often wondered if I could really be sure I saw two people fooling around in the first place, because I got out of there so damn fast.
Your details about the door, the knob, the not completely closed bit, diesel is right, too much information, too curious. You walked in, but saw nothing else and remember nothing else, but the details of the door are so damn clear. Why is that? Sounds like you worked out your story to me. You worked it out in a way that would make you look like an innocent bystander who happened to walk in on something serious. You tried the story on us. Your plan was to try it on the cops if needed. It failed miserably here. Imagine how the police would see it.
I could go on and on. There are many more inconsistencies, curiosities etc.

You are not required to take action to protect others, if doing so endangers yourself. Ive just returned from a leaving party for one of the teachers at my high school. Im quite drunk. Im going to rabble on(maybe incoherantly!!).
Ive dated a few girls that have been either sexual assaulted or raped. Even though these events happened way before I met them the heinous nature of them was enough to make me want to torture someone to death.

I second that. While we all have the right to speak freely and should have a certain degree of privacy, this guy is asking, no, BEGGING to be tracked down. After all, this site is for T-Men and Women, and this guy is no man. If it’s possible, I would strongly urge the admins to contact a law enforement agency in this guy’s city or town and at least send them a copy of this post to let them judge for themselves whether this guy is a possible suspect or not. It’s the least we can do for this poor girl.
