Do low volume short of failure. If still a problem get tests done. Eat plenty of veges and protein.

As others have said, go to your doctor (if you can/have one), and tell them your symptoms. The problem could be a hormone imbalance, such as your thyroid being screwy. Some blood tests may be very illuminating.
