I know this has been posted about a million times but I had to say something to someone or I am going to explode
I got some gear on the weekend
Test-E 200mg-1ml in a 10 ml vial.
Adex and nolva just in case.
I took my time. Swabbed the vial and the site. Pushed in 1ml of air into the vial. Then I extracted exactly 1ml of the oil. Exchanged pins to a fresh one. I moved the needle to the injection site and stopped. I started thinking over over if I did or didn’t do something right. This went on for about 45 mins. even re swabbed the site again cause I breathed on it.
Then I just said fuck it man up and do this shit. My heart was pounding in my ears and I pushed the needle right into my delt. Smooth as butter with no pain at all. I pulled back on the plunger and nothing came back no blood. So I slowly started to push down on the plunger and it all went in after about what seemed like and eternity. Then I was like wow it all went in. Then I had to say to myself pull it out.
It did bleed a bit with one small droplet of oil but not bad. But my heart was still racing and I was worried I was going to have a reaction to it(my throat closed up when I got a flue shot). But I just talked myself down and went to the gym
I find if I don’t think about it, I’ll be more successful. There was a few months where I would think about the next set too much and psyche myself out. Not a good thing. Better just to get under the barbell and just shut up and squat.
I remember my first injection well. I didn’t take nearly that long and I thought I wasn’t worried about putting the needle in until I was standing there holding it. But I probably stood there looking at it for five minutes before I finally put the damn thing in. As soon as I had, I thought, “Oh, that’s it?” Now, a few hundred injections or so in, I hardly even think about it. Although I have had a couple of squirters from my delt. I was in a hotel room with my wife one time and I must have sprayed 5mls of blood as soon as the needle came out. All over my arm and the floor. I have no idea how easy it would have been to continue if that had been my first experience!

Good job, DB. Expect some soreness in your delt for about a few days, as your muscle gets used to dissipating the oil. Nothing unusual.[/quote]
yup,my delt was sore for almost 4 days after my first prop injection
I was almost afraid
HAHA I went through that my first time too, I remember looking at a site for injections and just sitting there trying to make sure I was going in in right area, all in all took about 30 minutes…Afterwards though, I felt liberated!
Am i the only one who didnt first inject with AAS?
The most poignant thing i remember is feeling nothing - i was so used to getting some sort of immediate effect from an injection, when i felt nothing from the AAS, it was really strange. Not even just different but as far as strange!
I dont remember my first inject - it was IV though.
Good golly, Miss Molly! I just realized how soon my first inject is going to be. 5 weeks until I stick my first needle in and pop my first D-bol. But I am going to try to stick to my philosophy in lifting as hard as I can, being “shut up and inject.”
By the way, no one say that to any newcomer here, really. It’s not the same as “shut up and squat.” lol

I guess the same policy would apply if you “on”. Just make sure you follow the guide lines/ advice laid out by vets.
Guess it would go …research, listen, apply, shutup and inject!
*On a side note. My delt just feels like someone punched it like any other shot I have gotten in the past. I was waiting for the horrible can’t lift my arm thing to happen. Nope I am fine, just feel deep mild bruise. I think the pain thing is over rated or I have a good tolerance to it.

Sometimes you’ll be fine for 10 injections, and then on the 11th, when absolutely nothing is different, it will feel like somebody played whack-a-mole with a sledgehammer there.
Occasionally, I’ll get a really hard, pretty painful knot and I will start freaking out a little, and then in about 2 days it will begin to dissipate. You never know what’s going to happen! For me, that is almost fun, interestingly enough…

The delt is one of the least painful sites. Not much pain unless you lean it against something.
