I think consistently staying at a higher percent range is teaching me to grind through reps better. So that’s cool. Super duper excited about the PR. Bar path on the last rep of 310 was a little wonky but I think I had 1 more in the tank.
Can’t go home for turkey day break so I’m gonna be going to all the gyms in the area and trying to get free day passes to keep my training up.
Hanging weight benches are fackin terrible. I need to do them more. Celebrating bench PR with chili and beef

its ~2400 cals so hopefully I lose weight. I usually lose a ton of water weight when I cut carbs. might split up the oats between 2 shakes depending on consistency. really just waiting on mah proteinz to get here

Really ****ing pumped about the PR. Only thing is I brought the bar down way too slow. If I had a good liftoff I could definitely get 350. If I could compete at 181 this summer that’d be soooooo cool.
