Nah I was cool with the weight, I was just pissed about the set up I had to use. The racks at my gym all have like an open top and on the ground so when I was pressing I kept hitting the bottom pins

Nah I was cool with the weight, I was just pissed about the set up I had to use. The racks at my gym all have like an open top and on the ground so when I was pressing I kept hitting the bottom pins

BTW, I bench on Wednesday. I’m not sure what your schedule looks like (class and training wise), but my last class on Weds ends at 12:50, so if you happen to be free around then, we could hit up a session together if you want.

Also had another dream where I benched 580 at 220. I’m so conflicted on this. I really want to hit a low 400’s bench at 181. Right now I’m just not willing to do/able to afford what I would need to do to hit 580 at 220.
