So right now the plan is to hammer assistance work and mobility work. I felt weird when I was benching. I couldn’t get anywhere near as tight as i usually do. So i’m gonna hammer upper back with fatman pullups, face pulls, shrugs, chest supported rows and lat pulldowns.

I’ve been reading Josh Bryant’s bench press science e-book a lot. I decided to add in some of his stuff to many training. Also gonna drop benching down to 2 times a week. I think I just need a break from pressing heavy 3-4 times a week lololloolol
