Feeling a lot better. 0 desire to hit anything heavy for a while. I just want to build my base for a while. I lost a decent amount of muscle when I was sick so I’m just trying to build it back. Gonna see how high I can push my conv dead, its a major weak point. I need to bring up my arms. My bench is almost all pecs. Idk if I’m gonna program stuff out.
