Hey Bill, your idea sounds great and I would like to try it but, I just lost my $55k job, my old lady is a pain in the ass also. i would like top try it, its just easier on paper. When it comes to actually doing it is the problem.
I dont mind using a ml of it to test at all. I just dont have a job or a place to conduct the experiment. And to compound the problem I have an 11 month old child that needs diapers, formula, clothes, etc etc and is growing fast and a wife that can be a total pain in my ass hole.

I can’t say whether it is the case that with this substance at the concentration in question that the high end of the range of BA that might be used would in fact prevent recrystallization at freezer temperature, but the principle that higher BA would reduce the tendency is a correct one.
In other words, without an experiment demonstrating that with any reasonable amount of BA and any reasonable choice of oils and cosolvents, that that amount of this substance will cloud up, your finding doesn’t prove it underdosed.
As to needing a special place or anything, if you don’t worry about the filtering, drying, and weighing, and just go by whether you get an obviously bigger amount of precipitate, on adding the DMSO solution to water, from the stuff you consider good than from the stuff you doubt, you really don’t need anything special. A medicine dropper might help you isolate the DMSO solution from the oil phase, but you might not need even that. Little, really, would be required.

I think it did get a little cloudy when coming out of the freezer. I will try DMSO and will put it in the frezer for a few days one last time and see what happens first,
