Hypocaloric Anabolic Diet

Can someone rate this Hypocaloric keto diet for me, I wanna make sure its right on track. Ive been deciding between this and a 45/35/20, but I think its best done this way.

Basically.

Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri/Sun = 150g Protein. 90g of fats, 100 calories lettuce. = 1500 Calories

Thursday/Sunday=120g Protein, 100g Fat. = 1500 Calories

Saturday- 775g Carbs, 150g Protein, 33g Fat = 4000 Calories.

Workouts: Every workout is heavy with a warm up.

Mon- Chest 3-4 Sets. + (Calves)
Tuesday- Back -3-4 Sets. + (Forearms)
Wednesday- Shoulders - 3-4 Sets + (Calves)
Thursday- Off
Friday- Arms 6 sets + (Forearms)
Saturday- Legs 4 Sets + (Calves)

Sunday, after carb up is cardio day, morning and evening.

Stats: 200LB, 25% BF, 6’0. 20 Years old. I wanna lose 2 pounds a week.

Your calories and ratios look fine to me, with the exception of why you chose to adjust the ratios on Thurs. and Sun., I’m assuming it’s beccause you’re not working out those days. I don’t really feel it’s necessary to do that, and the adjustments are so minor it won’t even make a difference. As far as your routine goes, the breakdown looks good but I would personally do more sets for each body part. I don’t know how long you’ve been training but 3-4 sets per body part only once a week is not enough stimulation for me, especially if the reps are also on the lower side. The only other thing I would add would be low intensity cardio (apprx. 30mins.) after each workout except for leg day. This should give you 2 lbs. a week.
