Does anyone know about HYDROLYZED CASEINATE. Has any one used it or know if it as good as whey protein hydrosylate for post workout consuption. Some site says that its average molecular weight is 360 daltons which is smaller then the whey hydrosylate. Are these real facts or fiction? They write that mixing both hydrosylates will give you hyperaminoacidemia effect. I’m not too deep in organic chemistry or life sciences so an explaination by someone who knows about this would be helpful.
