I’m currently using your hybrid hypertrophy and have two questions:

What is the thought behind only having incline chest presses as the only direct chest work. I know dips succesfully hit the chest, but is 3 sets of presses enough for a week?

What would be the pros and cons of substituting one arm snatches with power cleans on day 3?

The outline is sufficient as is, don’t change it.

Keep the power cleans since you’ll get more carry-over to lower back, hamstring and glute development.
b-mac stick to the routine it’s definatly one of the best I did from T-Nation and CW.
