My brother lives in Bradenton. He’s a quadriplegic and can’t swim, so he checks elevation before he moves. His last place was in Engelwood, and took a direct hit from Ivan back then.
Now he’s having a house built in the mountains of South Carolina. He’s done with all of that. Unfortunately it won’t be complete until this time next year.

Yeah I wouldn’t expect any of that to be getting posted. Libs in 2024 can only gaslight because reality has refused to comport with their political narrative in rather profound ways.
It’s like people who want to tell me that my town was just as bad 10 or 15 years ago before we enacted every woke policy under the sun at the state and local level. As if I don’t remember clean parks unpopulated by drug users, good schools and a complete absence of malicious gunfire.
