Hungry After Eating...

So here it is…I am hungry litteraly around 30 minutes after eating…my meals in the afternoon, while not containing carbohydrates save vegetables, are rich in fats (almonds and fish oil) and heavy in proteins…should I just go smash some food again? I am 6’1" and around 220 currently…Around 9-10% BF…just trying to maintain while maybe adding some size.

if your hungry you should eat I can eat almost unlimited amounts of meat without any weight gain if im not eating verry many carbs

try cheese. keeps me satiated. packing down some extra brussel sprout also lets me knoe that I am indeed full and there is no two way about it. And at your size I should assume that your cals are mad high already. No reason not to eat more if you aren’t getting fat.

Why would you assume that? His body is telling him he isn’t eating enough. Maybe he needs to rethink his strategy of keeping his carbohydrate intake that low. How does one “maybe” add some size? You either eat for it or you don’t. Pick a goal and work towards it. Don’t sit on the fence and get pissed when your body starts telling you to pick a side.
