Anyone still using Humapro?
Haven’t used it in a while. I went through a phase where I was pulsing with it while doing IF. Difficult to judge its efficacy.
been meaning to try it for years, heard a lot of good things.
There was a thread on here years ago where a big dude replaced all of his protein intake with it and was happy with the results, so the shit must work.
yes

I recall that. Basically he made up the calorie deficit by ingesting extra carbs.
I also recall there were urban myths circulating regarding hidden (likely illegal) ingredients.
All of this aside, the stuff is competitively priced enough to consider as a replacement for protein powder for a trial period.
Nope but I have a ton left.
Can’t handle the large amounts of artificial sweetener they use in their products.
- my stomach can’t handle the sweeteners,

how/why was it difficult to judge?
OP: i take the pills and they work great honestly cannot think of a more convenient/effective product
I use it a lot. Recently finished a cut and it was one of my main protein sources (up to 4 scoops/day). Saw no difference compared to whole food…and allowed me to continue my almond butter binges at night.
I list it as 25g protein equivalent per scoop, which puts it at $0.02/gram of protein…which is right on par (or maybe even a bit less) with skinless chicken.

Are there not similar products (EAAS) with no flavoring?

but, you end up spending more making up the calories don’t you?

There was no real way to measure its effect. I’ve pulsed with various formulas during IF over the years and I can’t honestly state one has outperformed another.

hmm, that changes things. My stomach is also pretty sensitive to sweeteners so that might rule it out for me. Dang.

They sell it in pill form too but I purchased in bulk before I started to notice I was having the issue.

Valid point, but my happiness was at stake, so…

LOL… I was hoping you came back with. No need to Humapro allows you to drastically reduce calories, allowing you to drop fat fast without getting hungry.

Yeah, that’s a nice benefit. I would drink some on an empty stomach and it’d really help with hunger.
Yeah still use it when can find a deal, high quality stuff.
Re stomach issues -I think its the high magnesium content, if take any other supps with it make sure there is no magnesium in them ( a lot like creatine/caffeine based preworkouts have it added)
Anyone tried their other BCAA drink -has decent reviews and better price? am thinking of giving it a shot
“Directions
Take five (5) tablets 20 minutes prior to training or competition and immediately following. Ingest 25 minutes prior to any other proteins or amino acids and at least 2 hours after any meal or drink containing protein or amino acids. May be taken with Chain’d Out or Chain’d Reaction Ultra-Volumize, Chain’d Reaction Ultra-Keto or Chain’d Reaction Ultra-Stamina. Athletes may take up to ten (10) tablets per serving at least 2 hours apart up to six (6) times daily.”
So that last sentence would mean that one container would last for 5 days if maximum allowable amount was used.
very pricy

Well, I don’t know how true the rumors are, but a few years ago I fasted for three weeks and consumed nothing but zero calorie liquids, Humapro, and supplements. I obviously lost weight pretty fast, but I actually felt extremely good in the gym and gained strength.
