I really love humapro…I primarily use it peri-workout, taking 1-2 scoops both pre and post workout and definitely see a difference in recovery. Usually, I’ll also have another 2 scoops at some point throughout the day when there is a period of time that I can’t eat. I think it’s one of the most versatile supplements out there, very similar to Biotest’s MAG-10 in that respect.
Would recommend for pretty much any goal, getting leaner, stronger, better recovery, etc.

Can you use Pepto or Casein Hydro/Mag10 in the same way as you would HumaPro and get the same effect? Really I see them as the same thing as eachother, just Mag10 has extra goodies. Am I right or missing a point with HumaPro?

I wanted to bump one of these old threads on HPro instead of starting a new one to ask questions.
For those of you who are using it as peri-workout - are you guys current goals cutting or is HPro working as a standalone for peri-workout for cuts OR gains. I know somebody mentioned it was great for all goals, but I’m just curious if anybody who is “bulking” with it is also using some sort of carb source. How does this stand against MAG-10/ANACONDA?

For those of you using this as peri-workout, what are your goals? Cutting, gaining? If gaining, are you using this as a standalone peri-workout product? If so, why no carbs? How does it compare to Mag10/Anaconda?
I know this thread is old, but I’m adding this for the sake of anyone (such as myself) who searched the topic. I’ve used humapro for 1.5 years now and feel like i’ve gotten some good results as far as a leanness tool. I also feel like it may have helped hypertrophy, but I’d first give credit to better mind muscle connection, self-knowledge, understanding of training, etc.
I will continue to use this product due to the quality of EAA’s sourced, and the fact that i don’t handle anything from milk terribly well (except for cheese due to the lower lactose content)
