There’s simply no doubt that fueling the body with the best workout formulas science has to offer is every bit as important as choosing and then consistently performing the right training program. But what about the rest of the day, when you’re not training — what do you need to feed your body to assure it’s getting what it needs to reap maximum gains from all that hard work?

How is this different from Metabolic Drive Complete, which I do not see in the store any more?[/quote]
Looks like one of the proteins added to the mix is the same kind of whey as in Surge Recovery. That and one less gram of fiber per serving seem to be the differences.
I’d like to try this out, but I had some pretty bad GI issues with the original Metabolic Drive Complete. Don’t want to risk it.

While they share many of the same ingredients, Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth Formula has a couple of key new ingredients and the overall ratios of the shared ingredients have been tweaked based off the research that led to the development Biotest’s peri-workout nutrition formulas.

As Bill Roberts responded to one of your other posts, this formula should work well for you.
How many billions of organisms of Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus are in each 3-scoop serving? I’m wondering if this can replace the pro-biotic supplement (which contains 15 bil. live organisms) I currently take.

Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth Formula doesn’t contain any Bifidobacterium lactis or Lactobacillus acidophilus, but rather, according to the article, “includes seven different fiber ingredients and a prebiotic formula to increase the healthy bacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus) in the gut.”

Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth Formula is designed to help feed the body outside the peri-workout nutrition window “to assure it’s getting what it needs to reap maximum gains from all that hard work.”
We’ve taken our best proteins and carbs and combined them with a fiber complex and prebiotic formula to give a convenient, easy-to-use muscle-building formula that can be consumed any time of the day that you need to boost your nutritional intake.
