I don’t consider myself knowledgeable by any respectable standards. I try to soak up as much as I can, and I’ve gleamed a ton of information from this site and the people who frequent it.
Sadly though I don’t see how you guys do it. CC, DG, PX, Baur, etc how exactly do you put up with all the stupid bullshit?
Doesn’t it get infuriating after awhile? I try to be pretty positive about things but find myself becoming more snarky as more posts from these type of guys pop up.
yea, and i’ve gone a month or two without the scale budging, then put on 10 in 2 weeks. what does that show? that over-complicating things is pointless.

Sorry for the threadjack.[/quote]
I got “infuriated” a long time ago. I keep coming back because, believe it or not, people are even DUMBER on some other sites.
I keep coming back because there is no other area of my life that I can discuss bodybuilding without having to listen to ridiculous media driven comments or repeated dumb statements about “myths”. Once you get to a certain size, the only people who are going to understand why you keep pushing…are other people with the same goals.
If you read his book he states in 1999 he entered a kickboxing comp with an initial weight of 193lbs, which is heavier than the weight he finished this 4 week weight gain program in 2007.
Quite simply, the gains are pure muscle memory.
Sneaky.
But I guess it’s done the job for him with tons of attention for his site.
