no boards so used wrist roller with towell wrapped around 265X5X3 wide grip
floor press cg 205X10,235X5X3 tris shot
superset leg extention/calve raises

back exten bwX15X5 How in the hell does he do a 100 of these???
cybex back exten virgin effort(first Time) 3 sets, last set with stack going for 20 stopped at 18 back was ready to explode
Ab roller 3rd set had to stop almost pulled ab muscle, still very tender. A wonderful week to all and to all a good night.

Barry, is your bench starting to increase? Looks like you’re hitting the chest a little more. Is that a B24 Liberator (Flying Boxcar) in your new avatar? What I can see of the tailsection looks like one. Could be a desert shot or at DM.

Changed the avatar because the name of the B-24 is The Missouri Mule. years ago a friend in Houston called me The Missouri Mule. Hard head I guess, we used to chase and drink together. He had the largest paws I ever saw. We were a pair. He was total country, boots, belt, etc. I was nike and polo. Somehow it worked and we never got hurt. Another life.
Regarding the bench. When your knees can’t put up with your brain and the rest of your body, I guess you work on your bench. I fucking loathe it. Rack pulls and back stuff is what I live for, the other shit is out of necessity or so I’m told. Enough of my pissy mood. I love this shit we do. The best to you and your gal. barry i do 100 reps TOTAL. never got 100 all in one set. sometimes i do 3x33, 10x10, 5x20, or 4x25. i also (like the 100 rep pushups) will try to get a many as i can on first set (about 45 is my record) and then try to reach 100 as fast as possible and then try to beat that time in the future.
at nearly 260lbs now (257 yesterday morning), the aint to easy for me nieter.
yesterday.
flat bench- 70kgx10, 80kgx10, 90kgx5, 100kgx5(woo-hoo! that aint bad for me) 80kgx15 all reps paused.
bench and overhead press both have been improving since i have been doubleing up on neoprene elbow braces on my bad left elbow.
dumbbell press(flat) 55lbs with a miniband 5x10
fat man rows, 5x10 close overhand grip pause at top.
pumped!!!
have a vid of the 100kg x 5, but it cut out early for no reason…only got one rep recorded i think. it is on my videos at my t-page.
Barry, I’ve had the same experience with the ab roller. Felt like my abs were tearing. My low abs ache today from Saturdays ab rolling.
HT any set of 20 or more is brutal especially at a BF of 4% like you and me.
Eco, I gpt a very sharp pain in the right side of my 6-pack and called it quits. Been doing a lot of leg lifts and other crap. You guys have a great week.

squats, 370x3, 390x3, 410x pulled right groin on first rep. had to dump bar backwards and it(the bar) hit my box and now my 400$ york barbell is hopelessly bent. FUCK!!! vid of the accident is on my t-page.

Yes once again I am the envy and the thread. A week from today gettin busy with the Jimmy T crew in beautiful Azle, TX. Hide the women and the FOOD. Jimmy T lb for lb Strong, inside andout. Going to tbe a hoot. Going to see Galaxie63 Too. Not in the best of shape but it will be a blast. I’ll be 54 on the 17th. Normally try for some PR around the birthday. Kind of iffy on that. Thurday did dls and Friday did chest, I’m a little toast in a good way. May try and do accessory and ab crap today. Probably should take off but we know I’m not very bright. A super weekend to all.
