thursday-

deadlift 200kg x 6 100% raw 160kgx15 raw

friday- sick all day, gastroenteritis(stomach flu) vomiting and squirts all day long,

today- still suffering from stomach flu…as I am typing this, I am giving myself 2 liters of ringers lactate soulution intravenously. thats right, started an IV on myself and giving myself an IV bolus.

over the last 36 hours, i have drank 2 small bottles of green tea, and one diet soda…and had a handful of crackers, and a few pieces of sliced bread.

if I m going to make it back to work tonight I need to fill the tank up some…hence the IV bolus.

missed a few days due to stomach flu…tried to make up for that today…not at 100% but well enough

I don’t doubt it. TWO sets of 20 rep squats? Your conditioning must be terrific!

for the last 2 years, i was working very hard and consistently on conditioning for the first time in my life.

sprints and prowler work.

but for some reason…i stopped a few months ago. in its place i have added high rep squats on squat day.

granted, there are guys on this forum who can squat 400 for 20 in the back squat…but for me…due to back issues, front squats are the only thing I go heavy on…so lots of real light weight for back squats for high reps for me!

yesterday was chins and db rows

my bilateral carpal tunnel which needs surgery has ruined my chinning strength.

chins 7x5 reps x bodyweight

db rows with straps

200lb x 0 i actually did 4 “reps” but they were barely more than a leaned over shrug…i just wanted to see how it felt to try to row that.

today

cleans-

sore, weak, tired, and fried…had NOTHING today. 100kgx miss this was not even close. so i went down to a paltry 80kg and did 10 sets 5 reps and worked on form.

tried to receive the bar a little lower, and start ther pull with my hips lower. by the 7-8th set, iwas getting loosend up and actually took some of the reps down to a full squat clean.

salvaged what would have otherwise been a shitty day.

tuesday-

dips, 10 sets pf 10 reps x bw

barbell curls 10 x 10 with 60kg lots of body english on all reps past like the 4th set…but i really wanted this.

note: my bilateral severe carpal tunnel has played havoc with ALL my upper body pulling movements…by using lifting straps for the curls and also using a very close grip I was able to doe these curls fairly pain free without my hands and fingers going numb and having to stop the set because i cant feel my hands and lose grip.

strength seems to be going into toilet each week. this is the 3 week in a row with decreases. going to take 23 weeks of just pure high volume hypertrophy training, then try to ramp up again.

Your going to love this!!! Doing seated rows today, on the 3rd set I( was jammin and the cable fucking broke which turned me upside down, kicked off the pulldown bar and landed on my back still holding the close grip and part of the cable. Lucky the pulldown bar missed my beautiful face. 2 scabs on my shins, neck is tweaked, but I think I’m ok. They just bought this machine and it’s obviously crap. Wish this was on video, A great week to the guys.

power cleans this am after a long SHITTY night at work.

this was by far the worst pc workout of my miserable undistinguished failure of a life.

to say a dead grandmother could clean this good would be a grave (pun intended) insult to dead grandmothers.

I had ZERO pop and explosion, you could not hear my heels hitting the floor even on warmups with the EMPTY FUCKING BAR

I MISSED 100kg twice, then hit it for a triple, nearly torm my forearm and biceps doing it as i just muscled it up with no explosion and drive from the hips.

decided if I cannot do anything even close to respectable as far as loading goes, might as well get my heart rate up and my “swole-on”

done. time for a strong shot of bourbon, ibuprofin and BED!
