Thanks Harry but very form challenged. If I had Jimmy Ts form and if I could fly, I could pull 6. And to think a quack chiropractor failed me on a physical at a brick plant in the off season from the minors for a weak back when I was 23.

Things are gonna be hectic for me for the next couple of days…I made the time now to sit in front of this computer to wish all my friends in Iron, Mike, Barry, JimmyT, Colin, hel, and all the rest, a Happy & Healthy Thanksgiving to you & yours!

all sets and reps pain free and EASY

dumbell curls 3x20

band triceps pushdowns 100 reps.

I can’t do one leg anything, I fall over just trying to balance on one leg!

military 70kg x 10, 80kgx10, 90kgx4 these were all strict with no leg drive. not trying to break my arm patting myself on the back here, but considering i am doing these with pretty much one arm(my left elbow is trash) i am happy that i can strict overhead press 200lbs for reps.
