ive been doing abbh 2 for now, but i dont see any real development on my pectorals. I have gone up 15 lbs. on each dumbbell in the last 2 weeks but it still seems really narrow when im looking at myself forward, but when i turn to my side it looks think, but i just want it to look wide from the front.
my grip when i do decline is my index fingers are next to the rings on the outside. i would like to know if i can combine ABBH2 with hss-100 chest routine to see if i can gain more size on my pectorals. if i could how could i split the routine??
