HRX W/ Food ?

It says to take on an empty stomach…It seems that taking it upon waking up is a good idea, but then do I have to wait to eat breakfast or can I take it with food?

If you take it upon waking, wait about an hour before eating breakfast. I typically wake up at 4:30 just to take my first dose of HRX, then I go back to sleep until 5:30. The second dose should come 6 hours later, again on an empy stomach. Take the second dose between meals, ideally at least an hour speration between the HRX and any meal.

I normally waited 30 min to an hour to eat after taking my dosage.

I don’t know how someone can take it, and then go back to bed for an hour. Within 10-15 min of taking it i felt wicked energized.

Pfff, nothing keeps me awake at 4:30 in the morning. I could take 15 doses and still go back to sleep.

It’s recommended for absorption purposes. Twenty to thirty minutes is adequate to accomplish this. For people who have sensitive stomachs they should go ahead and take it with food it’s still going to work. It’s just that it is absorbed best on an empty stomach.

D

I take my Hot-Rox Extreme immediately prior to breakfast and a mid-afternoon meal.

Don’t get too hung up on trying to take it on a completely empty stomach.

Sometimes I actually take it with food. Really. It’s not rocket science. Do you think your body will just reject it if it shares space inside your stomach with a Twinkie? When is your stomach truly empty anyway? Maybe after a 12hr fast, but that’s about it.

And seriously to the guy who wakes up at 4:30 just to take his first dose. You’re f’in kidding me right? Tell me that’s not the only reason you get up.

No, it’s not the only reason.

For whatever reason I have this incredible love of sleep. Setting one alarm doesn’t cut it, because I’ll sleep right through it. It’s seriously a war to get myself up in the morning.

So by setting an alarm at 4:30 and getting up and taking some HRX quick, it helps me get up at my normal 5:30 time because I never fall back into a deep sleep. So by the time 5:30 rolls around I can get up easier.

That’s fine. That’s different. But very silly to tell people to wait an hour before eating for absorbtion purposes. For someone who is actually fully awake during that time, being awake without eating for an hour would probably do more harm than taking the HRX concurrent with a big meal is. Personally, when I’ve taken it I take it brush my teeth and make breakfast-usually eating about 15-20 minutes after taking it.

Yeah, apparently the recommended waiting period is only about 20 minutes. I could have sworn I remember reading that it’s recommended to wait an hour before eating, but apparently I was wrong.
